99.999% of you who read this blog will read Trevor's comment and think, "Who is the smart ass?" He’s an old, cool, whack-a-doo friend of mine since my days as a young 20-somethingner. He’s harmless. But, with friends like these, don’t you feel bad for me? :)
.

I’m joking. He’s a great guy with an even greater wife - shout out to Jackie! And yes Trevor, it has to be called 'micro-diced' fool.

alright, this is trevor. yes, reggie THE trevor. i admit it, i love to cook. i'm into it all well and good, and i realize that doing so means tossing around some terminology that feels a bit bigger than its britches (almond-infused pig snout comes to mind)and you either have to embrace it or find another hobby. but really, does it need to be called "micro-diced asparagus?" i mean, can it just be called asparagus with us all recognizing that it's cut up really small? sheesh.

Rigby: I agree. I think a hit of citrus would add a nice layer of flavor.

Jennifer: Thanks for the message.

I love the play on flavors and textures. I'd like to add a hint of orange, it pairs so magically with both the tarragon (Fresh)and the asparagus. Beautiful composition and plating!!
