I find that supermarket brands are usually not all-butter.  However, the Dufour brand is all-butter, but expensive.  Less espensive at Zabar&#039;s, Manhattan, than mail order.  Making it yourself isn&#039;t too big a deal.  Even Julia took the shortcut of cutting the butter into small cubes and using a food processor. Thanks for the great post.</description>
