Thanks so much for the detailed photos and recipe. Sounds like something that would go great as a samosa dip or some global mixing like that. Too many people miss the opportunity to make ketchup and therefore get beyond the bottle.

TAMI: I just searched to see if I had photos of the cutting process but unfortunately I don’t. I cut them with a regular old chef’s knife. Just cut them into to oblong discs and then cut them into thin sticks. I hope that helps.

Please tell me what you use to cut your spf with? My family of 5 loves them but they are so darn hard and labor intensive to cut. I would love your advice. Thank you!

Reggie, I don’t hate mustard, ketchup or mayonnaise, but I don’t use them on my sandwiches. People have thought it strange, but I have always been that way. I use Italian dressing on my sandwiches.

Your homemade ketchup has peaked my interest. I will have to try this and get back to you. Love the photos….
