Love your site. I actually tried this recipe but substituted the pistachios with roasted almonds and used vanilla extract instead of almond. Delicious, the nutella did not take away at all from the taste of the cookie. Thanks again for the wonderful photographs!

These little cookies are great. I am not a Nutella fan, but I imagine these cookies could stand up all on their own. Great recipe. It’s a keeper. I even stumbled it so others could enjoy. GREG
