I have been holding onto this recipe for quite a while (admiring your photos) and finally remembered to defrost the pork AND had all the ingredients around to make it. This was super easy and very tasty as well (except for me forgetting to grab the Cast Iron pan and just using a regular pan instead). Thank You so much for sharing :-)

Your photos are what made me want to try this recipe, so I agree with Jennifer that you are too hard on yourself.

I made this last week, and I want to thank you for it. It was really delicious, and very easy to make. I took the leftovers to work the following day, and I was the envy of my colleagues.

I think you're being way too hard on yourself. I think the food AND the photos look great. And while I can't pronounce the name of this dish, I will it a try - it seems simple and delicious.
