Its amazing when exploring other conutries food. The foods that they eat are that of quality, nutrition, filled with sole and love. The pictures you have posted , pretty much only tell a small story of these foreign countries. I made a domestic lentil with a carmelized red onion that turned into an red Onion Stock. It was to die for ; coincidetially this is a mediterrianian dish that was also discovered in the Middle East called Mjadara Mahamara.

Nice change! I can relate to the frustration of making blog changes as I am in the midst of an overhaul myself. Hopefully soon I can trot out my new look. Your photos are always stunning, and the recipes delicious. You could post them on cardboard and they’d still be appealing.

I’ve made a reasonable substitute for pomegranate molasses by reducing straight POM juice. Although it isn’t exact, it works in a pinch. Just sayin’…..
