I adapted a couple of recipes adding grated cheese, sunflower seeds, garlic, oil and the like and put it in my blender to make a paste. I then put it in a small plastic bag, cut a hole in a corner and dribbled it into an empty ice cube tray. After freezing it, I then loaded it into freezer bags to use as needed throughout the winter.
